How to choose the relay
In the communication equipment, automatic devices, household appliances, automotive electronic devices and other places where the conversion function of the circuit is needed, relays can be selected. Because of the wide application field, different users have different requirements for the relay. In order to meet the application requirements of various application fields, various relay manufacturers have developed many types of relay with different models, specifications and performance. With the development of science and technology, new structures, high-performance and reliable relays are emerging. In the face of various kinds of relay products, how to choose and use correctly will directly affect the performance and reliability of the whole machine. How to choose the relay properly? First, we need to further analyze and study the conditions and technical requirements of the whole machine. According to the "value engineering" principle, we reasonably propose the technical performance of the selected relay products. Our technicians and salesmen should be involved in the type selection of relay, give full play to our advantages, be a good staff staff, do a good job in pre-sale and after-sale service. According to the following points, we shall carry out analysis and research one by one: shape and installation mode, installation size, input parameters, output parameters, environmental conditions, safety requirements, and reliability requirements. The following requirements are described in accordance with the above requirements.
1, shape, installation way, installation size
There are many kinds of the installation, installation and size of the relay. Users must provide the specific installation area according to the specific requirements of the whole machine, allowing the height, installation mode and installation size of the relay. This is the first problem to be considered in selecting the relay. The following questions should be taken into consideration when choosing the following questions:
(1). For PC plate extraction feet, the spacing of the feet is mostly 2.54 x n (n=1, 2, 3... The same, such as JZW5, as well as 2.5n, such as JZG2-2/B, and a relay that is not in line with the standard distance, such as MR72. The length of the elicited foot is generally 3.5.
(2) there should be strict requirements for the weldability of the feet, the resistance to welding heat of the relay, and the non verticality of the elicited foot relative to the base.
(3). Fast connection relay; fast connection lead foot usually has 250# (6.35 x 0.8), and 187# (4.75 x 0.5) 2. This kind of drawing foot should pay special attention to the requirement of pulling force, 250# lead foot: pull torque > 10kg.cm; 187# lead foot: pull torque > 5kg.cm.
