The principle of pulse self-locking relay

Relay self-locking is through the normally open contact string in parallel with the button between the coil and the power supply. Once the button is pressed, the relay is energized and pulled in. The normally open contact is replaced by the pull-in button to enable the relay to maintain the power on state. .

Transistor collector and relay coil in series, is the use of triode switching characteristics of the relay power pull, not self-locking function. One end of the relay coil is connected to the high potential, the emitter of the transistor is connected to the low potential, and the collector is connected in series with the other end of the coil. When the base passes a certain current, the emitter and collector of the triode are conducted, and the relay pulls in; the base does not have current through. With emitter and collector cut-off, the relay will not pick up.

The self-locking switch (delayer) on the market is self-locked by a relay and connected in series with the collector of the transistor and the relay coil. There is a delay circuit in the circuit, the button is pressed, the circuit is energized, and the transistor is turned on. Suction and self-locking relay, delay time after the circuit is set to make the triode base current blocking, emitter and collector cut-off, the relay will release the reset.
