Latching Relay 

The circuit is equivalent to a solid-state latch relay circuit. In addition, it is pure and does not produce a filter signal. It is high resistance to vibration and shock, and is insensitive to the magnetic field or azimuth. The operation of the circuit is as follows: a column of pulses is sent to the 4043RS latch relay to output high level and connect to the 2N390 transistor, so the current flows into the LED of the volt relay. The resistance between D1 and D2 will be reduced from several gigahertz ohms to less than 10 ohms, and the PN junction remains in this state until a reset pulse is received from the 4043RS latch.
